Millentra is built by people who have sat on both sides of the institutional table: project execution and capital.
Lasha Shanidze is an infrastructure and energy transaction principal with over 20 years of experience originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across the United States, Europe, and Asia. His background spans LNG import infrastructure, gas pipelines, power generation, and large-scale industrial and transport infrastructure.
He founded Millentra to turn that transaction experience into software: an AI-powered execution platform that helps sponsors reach institutional capital sooner.
Previously, Lasha served as the Founding CEO of the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund, where he led the national program that secured Georgia's first U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation Compact. He is the author of Millentra's Institutional Readiness & Bankability Assessment methodology and scoring framework.
One conversation will show you where your project stands and what to do next.
