Cookie Notice

Effective date: July 13, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and provide usage information to site operators. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, are covered by this Notice as well, and "cookies" refers to all of them.

2. How Millentra uses cookies

The Millentra website ("we," "us") uses two categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function, for example to maintain session state, remember form progress, and support security features. They cannot be switched off through this Notice, but you can block them in your browser; parts of the site may then not work correctly.

4. Analytics cookies

We use an analytics service (such as Google Analytics or a similar provider) to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and how visitors arrive. Analytics cookies collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, and page interactions. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website; it is processed on our behalf by the analytics provider under its own privacy commitments. Where required by law, analytics cookies are set only after you consent.

5. Third-party cookies

Analytics providers may set their own cookies when you use the site. We do not control third-party cookies; they are governed by the provider's privacy and cookie policies. Beyond analytics, we do not permit third parties to set cookies on this site.

6. Managing cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or warn you before a cookie is set. Instructions are in your browser's help menu.
  • Analytics opt-out: most analytics providers offer an opt-out mechanism, such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Consent controls: where a consent banner is shown, you can decline analytics cookies there.

7. Cookies & personal information

Where information collected through cookies constitutes personal information, it is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time, for example if the cookies we use change. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.

9. Contact

Questions about this Notice may be directed to privacy@millentra.com or submitted via the Contact page.
