Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Millentra ("Millentra," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Millentra website and the services offered through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to the website and to information submitted through it; it does not cover engagements governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly, including when you request an introductory call, submit a project for assessment, request a sample brief, or send a general inquiry:

  • Contact details: name, work email, organization, and role.
  • Project information: sector, stage, jurisdiction, indicative capital expenditure range, and any project summaries or documents you choose to share.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us and records of our communications with you.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data, using cookies and similar technologies. See Section 7 and our Cookie Notice for details.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to inquiries and administer discussion, project, and sample-brief requests;
  • review and assess submitted project information;
  • administer non-disclosure agreements and control access to confidential materials;
  • operate, secure, analyze, and improve the website and the Services;
  • communicate with you about the Services, where permitted by law; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

5. Confidential project materials

Project information submitted for review is treated as business-confidential and is accessed only by personnel involved in reviewing and responding to your submission. Sample deliverables are provided only following contact review and NDA acceptance. Where a non-disclosure or engagement agreement applies between you and Millentra, its confidentiality terms govern the materials it covers.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • with service providers that support our operations (such as hosting, communications, document management, and analytics) under obligations to protect it;
  • with professional advisors, such as counsel and accountants, where necessary;
  • to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and
  • in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to customary protections.

7. Cookies & analytics

The website uses strictly necessary cookies and analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics or a similar service) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Analytics providers may set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality. Details are set out in the Cookie Notice.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining business records of inquiries and submissions, and as required by applicable law. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and our legal obligations; when information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Millentra operates from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure that transferred information remains protected consistent with this Policy.

11. Your choices & rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may exercise these rights, opt out of non-essential communications, or raise any privacy question by contacting privacy@millentra.com. We honor applicable legal requirements when responding to such requests.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
